Elks National Youth Week
On Monday April 2nd, a group of Elks and friends gathered in the Nebraska State Capitol's Weary Room to witness the
Governor signing two special proclamations. In this private ceremony, Governor Pete Rickets proclaimed the week of
May 1st - 7th as Elks National Youth Week in tribute to our Junior Citizens, honoring them for their
achievements and contributions to the life of the Community, State and Nation.
